So most of the emails are replied to, the filling is all done and its that time to get planning my year. I have a few great things already booked and I really can’t wait. I have started my healthy lifestyle routine, but I’m really finding it a struggle to be honest, too many mince pies and too much brandy butter has left me with a craving for sugar.

So I jumped on the scales and to my horror I weight a great 9st 9lbs. This is my first week on my pre prepared smoothie diet, Im kicking the caffeine totally and the wine. God it’s a struggle as my one indulgence is my red wine of an evening while working at home, but not anymore, how long will I keep this up I hear you say, I’m not sure but I have just 8 weeks until my traditional yearly Marrakech visit so I had better get serious. 

 

The problem I find with not having daily working routine is one day I can be working from home and the next on a plane somewhere. My diary is somewhat planned although meetings can just pop up and I have to jump on a train to London, so the gym and food planning can be an issue. 

 

I have decided I need a gym buddy, someone I can rely on to make me go of an evening and that I have so, morning smoothies planned, gym bag packed off I go. I will keep you posted of my progress how ever slow it is!
