Its had been a long week, what with getting ready for Bavaria and LFW, Last Saturday I got myself ready and headed up West for LFW day 2. After a long day I had a couple of hours of being spoilt.  I was invited along to Kiru a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar to experience some amazing Japanese cuisine. The restaurant offers contemporary dining in the heart of Chelsea and is situated on Elysian Street, Chelsea Green SW3 3NS.
Quite easy to get to just hope on a train to Victoria and then a cab to Chelsea, or if you prefer you can always take the tube to South Kensington. I was pleased to be wearing my new coat sent to me by the lovely Jane & Tash, it was a cold night my Parka certainly kept me cosy, take a look at their new seasons colours they are amazing.
We were greeted with a glass of champagne and seated by the window giving us the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of the streets of Chelsea. The restaurant is chic yet not too fussy, just what you would expect.
With an extensive menu to choose from I decided to ask for a little advice and was guided to the Signature menu, this would give me a variety to sample and there was certainly enough food, not your normal sample portions. I was so pleased I had taken the advice of the waiter, the food was fantastic and the presentation was amazing. Every course looking like art on a plate.
 Signature Menu.

We had to get there early as we had another fashion show over in Aldwych at 8.30pm but the atmosphere was still buzzing even for early evening, I found the food light, which again you would expect for a Japanese restaurant but very tasty, the flavours were splendid as was the wine and the service.
Just enough time to sample a couple of cocktails then off we went feeling very content for the rest of the evening.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant.
