This beautiful house is located in La Jarrie-Audouin, Saint-Jean-D’Angely, Charente-Maritime and is set in a stunning peaceful rural location within easy access of the west coast beaches and inland attractions. It ovver looks beautiful countryside surrounded by fields of vines and sunflowers for most of the Summer, this house offers a quiet, secure and beutiful location for your holiday. Nearby St Jean D’Angely provides great shopping, twice weekly market, bars and restaurants nearer to home, a smaller village with two great bread shops are only minutes away for breakfast. Whilst fabulous beaches are close at hand days spent at the house are poplular. The 10x5m in ground pool further adds to entertainment on offer (large games basket, table tennis, badminton, two bikes, boules) The pool is heated from June to September is fenced and would be an ideal place for families with small children. Recently inspected, the house has been awarded a prestigious 4 star rating by the French Office de Tourism, and has also been approved by the Alastair Sawday French property guide. The house is very well equipped and the kitchen popular with cooks (cook books supplied!) UK and French TV, WIFI links, games and books are also on hand. All bedrooms have a fabulous outlook over the fields and wafts of lavender from the beds below the windows aid restful sleep all have full window mosquito blinds.

We have travelled to many places around the world but can honestly say this property offers all you could possibly be looking for in a self catering property. It caters for the whole family and has ample space so as you are not under each others feet. The kitchen is truely amazing with blenders, mixers, coffee makers, steamers the list goes on and on. The design of the proprerty means you can all chat while dinner is being prepared and still admire the exstensive grounds fom the large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.

Elefant stylish yet still maintaining chic French style. The nearest village is Loulay which is a 5 minute drive away and the nearest town is St Jean D’Angely a 10 minute drive. This town is beautiful and well worth a visit for its bars, restaurants and markets.

We travelled from Folkestrone Euro Tunnel which is a short 35 minute journey until we arrived in France and drove to the house stopping along the way for breakfast and lunch making the our journey even more interesting sampling food along the way.

This property is definertly worth the drive 5 Star could not fault a single thing.
