Filled with beautiful souk-sourced antiques, one of a kind furniture and impressive paintings, this timelessly elegant private guesthouse is a very special addition to the riad range in Marrakech.

Situated on the edge of the Marrakech Palm grove, a short drive away from the medina, sits the exclusive Lodge K. This luxury accommodation is made up of 3 suites and 5 luxury lodges all individually designed with specific themes in mind.

Contrary to typical Morrocan design (lattic work and tadelakt walls) Lodge K has been designed to look like large tents, covered in beautiful white and black canopies with awnings over the doorways. The interiors vary, from the wooden four poster bed in the Africain room, Arabian inspired artefacts in the Egyptian to the unmistakable style of the Art Deco room.

The private living areas are spacious, complete with cosy sofas and fireplaces. Beautiful mirrors and paintings adorn the walls adding to the opulence of the space, as well as impressive sunken baths, decorated with mosaic tiles and vintage brass taps.

Lodge K doesn’t have a restaurant, however they have a chef on call throughout the day and provide a small menu which offers wonderful fresh ingredients sourced daily.

If you’re looking to unwind during your stay, the resort has a petite spa and an impressive hammam that’s buried under a dome of earth and lush vegetation.

We experienced a traditional hammam and massage during our stay which was by far the best one we’ve experienced in Marrakech to date. There is also an extensive treatment list available for anyone wanting to indulge further after a busy day in the city.
