The original concept for Eight Hour Studio was born out of a love for traditional Indian wood block printing methods they create something truly unique while supporting an age-old craft which is sadly dying out at the expense of mass production.
From the outset Sonia wanted to use natural fibres and ensure that all their production complied with fair trade labour practices. This was the foundation on which she set about designing the sleepwear that made up her original launch collections.
Eight Hour Studio is where the art of traditional hand block printing meets contemporary luxury sleepwear design. Every item is hand made and constructed from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton for the ultimate in luxury.
The fabrics are hand wood block printed using colours made from AZO free dyes and they use a fair trade supplier for production.
Their sleepwear designs are stylish and comfortable with a fashion edge – the aim is to have the collections look and feel so good you can use them as daywear and beachwear!

delighted to be launching another collection. Yet again she has some fantastic products made from a satin finish organic cotton which has a beautiful luxurious yet light feel to it, making it wearable as lounge, beachwear and daywear This collection yet again oozes elegance and style.
