The sun is setting and we have a few hours before our table reservation, so off to the souks.

If shopping for trinkets is for you then you will have fun walking through the souks, with a plethora of coloured scafts, rugs, bags, shoes, plates and spices. For a true Moroccan experience why not try your hand haggling for trinkets to take back home with you.

We stop on the main square to take five minutes and have a freshly squeezed orange juice and take in the sights and smells. The hustle and bustle is beginning, the sun is going down now and we are loosing natural light but all around the stalls are coming to life with pretty lights and candles everywhere. The Medina is packed in under half an hour and you can find snake charmers, monkeys, and moroccan woman offering Henna. The bands are playing and the night is just about to begin…
